      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and optimize escalatory frameworks and SOPs to address recurring issues on the Amazon Marketplace
      - Develop data-driven mechanisms for performance tracking and analysis
      - Build structured reporting suites to monitor internal request volumes and project milestones
      - Lead solution ideation for stakeholders regarding new brand opportunities or challenges
      - Manage and maintain business performance KPIs to ensure marketplace health and brand excellence

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Advanced expertise in Excel and SQL for data analysis
      - Proven experience navigating Amazon systems (Vendor Central/Seller Central/Brand Registry)
      - Demonstrable understanding of ROI calculation and prioritization of initiatives
      - Experience in building scalable and documented workflows
      - Exceptional communication skills to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in e-commerce management or program management roles
      - Background in data analytics or business intelligence
      - Familiarity with marketplace dynamics and competitive analysis
      - Strong project management skills and ability to drive initiatives
      - Previous experience in stakeholder management in a B2B context
