What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Leverage experimentation and advanced data analytics to derive insights and optimize credit underwriting strategies
- Determine and optimize purchasing power to balance risk and growth, ensuring healthy user engagement
- Play a pivotal role in underwriting cost-saving measures, managing risk, and improving profitability
- Support the launch of new products by designing and implementing effective credit strategies
- Collaborate with Machine Learning and Engineering teams to build robust credit risk capabilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a data analyst or data scientist, preferably in consumer credit risk management
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, or other scripting languages; experience with Spark is a plus
- Strong ability to collaborate and influence across different teams within the organization
- Excellent communication skills to convey findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience

- Experience or knowledge of Machine Learning techniques
- A strong curiosity and passion for learning new concepts and thinking innovatively
