      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze data to establish trends within the facility and identify potential areas of interest
      - Assist facility investigations using specialized software for data mining and link analysis
      - Review and listen to offender telephone calls to gather intelligence
      - Submit detailed reports regarding intelligence findings and support to facility operations
      - Provide guidance and training to facility staff as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Security and Intelligence, or a Business-related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in intelligence analysis or substantial criminal investigative experience
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Suite
      - Ability to manage confidential information and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with database query languages, particularly SSMS and Python
      - Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is desired
      - Expertise in OSINT, human trafficking, digital forensics, or related fields
