What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete standard configuration tasks in accordance with established procedures and client plan design
- Adhere to configuration QA processes to ensure zero defect client launches
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve minimally complex system issues
- Generate routine and ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in team meetings and support tasks assigned by cross-functional leads
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in a configuration or systems analyst role
- Strong leadership and effective problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with data and analytics tools, including reporting specifications
- Passion for details, responsiveness, and organization
- Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and business intelligence teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Healthcare payer, insurance, or fintech experience
- Familiarity with Jira, Looker, Asana, BigQuery (or SQL), and Microsoft (or Google) suite
