What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review Workday reports to ADP interface to ensure successful data flow and resolve discrepancies
- Update employee information in ADP Vantage, including hires, terminations, and job changes
- Prepare final review packages and ensure accuracy of all payroll transactions
- Process employee garnishments, liens, and court orders in compliance with regulations
- Assist with payroll inquiries from internal and external sources
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years’ payroll experience
- Proficiency in ADP Vantage
- Strong working knowledge of core payroll concepts, including earnings, deductions, and taxation
- Excellent Excel skills, including proficiency with Vlookups
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational and analytical skills

- Experience in handling various one-time payments such as severances and bonuses
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and resolve outstanding issues
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
