What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop asset and portfolio financial models, including waterfall analysis with complex capital structures
- Prepare quarterly asset valuations
- Support Asset and Investment Management teams on hold/sell and capital strategy recommendations
- Assist with acquisition due diligence
- Research and monitor competitors in new markets for new investment opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of finance, private equity, or real estate analytical experience
- Understanding of real estate capital structure, waterfalls, and investment metrics
- Analytical and technical skills
- Client service mentality
- Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Asset Management experience in student housing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
