      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Admit new patients and develop initial assessments and plans of care
      - Provide frontline coverage for admitted patients and manage care in the ICU
      - Participate in daily rounds and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
      - Assist or perform bedside procedures under the direction of attending physicians
      - Engage in quality improvement projects and attend educational conferences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s or Doctorate Degree in nursing from an accredited school (for Nurse Practitioners)
      - Washington State Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License with prescriptive privileges (for Nurse Practitioners)
      - Licensure as a Physician's Assistant in the State of Washington with national certification (for Physician Assistants)
      - BLS/ACLS certification required
      - Eligibility for hospital staff appointments under Medical Staff By-Laws
