What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expert technical advice and support for HarbisonWalker International products to address customer inquiries and needs
- Analyze complex application requirements and propose modifications to lining designs and installation methods
- Develop business cases for new product development and track new product launch plans
- Create and implement product promotions and technical marketing strategies
- Conduct market analysis and assist in product portfolio analysis to align with market segment initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of four (4) to six (6) years of experience in refractory technical marketing, research, quality assurance, or sales
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Ceramics, Metallurgy, Chemical, Materials Science, or a related field
- Knowledge of refractory products, installation methods, and customer applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation planning and delivery
