      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support for hospital and lab staff using medical technology products
      - Document and manage customer support calls in the helpdesk ticketing system
      - Troubleshoot software and hardware issues to ensure timely resolution
      - Write change requests for system enhancements or defect resolutions
      - Communicate effectively with customers to follow up on ticket status and provide updates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or equivalent diploma, or SBB, MT, or MLT Training Certifications
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital lab or blood bank
      - Ability to work alternating shifts to provide 24/7 remote support
      - Dedicated office space and stable internet service for uninterrupted support
      - Professional written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish or French is highly desired

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with BloodTrack®? system, SafeTrace Tx® transfusion management software, and/or TEG® Hemostasis Analyzer and TEG Manager® software
      - Strong technical aptitude and ability to independently troubleshoot customer issues
      - Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
