What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Align technology solutions with business strategies to improve processes
- Serve as a technical liaison and broker of services with various vendors
- Identify opportunities to apply technology to business processes
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customer management and IT personnel
- Document project requirements and communicate complex technical concepts clearly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience working with IT
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement
- Experience in managing and growing a business through strategic technology use
- Familiarity with HL7 standards
- Pharmacy experience is strongly preferred
- Willow certification preferred
