      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage outstanding insurance or contract claims, resolving claim edits and denials
      - Conduct follow-up with payers and communicate with internal and external partners
      - Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and assist in developing payer matrices
      - Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to departmental goals
      - Maintain knowledge of current government and carrier regulations relevant to the industry

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of one year of medical insurance or billing experience, or equivalent training
      - Ability to work effectively in remote settings and independently
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Basic knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with medical insurance terminology
      - Experience with data entry and basic word processing in a Windows environment
      - Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
      - Previous experience in a multi-task work environment
