What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote products and increase usage to healthcare professionals, hospitals, distributors, and specialty pharmacies
- Develop new accounts and grow existing accounts through solid customer relationships and effective territory management
- Create and implement territory business plans aligned with corporate direction to achieve sales targets
- Stay informed on clinical literature and marketplace issues to effectively communicate insights to management
- Represent the employer at local customer meetings to enhance product exposure
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years of pharmaceutical sales or relevant experience
- Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies, and distributors is a plus
- Ability to effectively manage a large geographic territory
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a similar role within the biotherapeutics or pharmaceutical industry
- Familiarity with plasma fractionation, recombinant protein technology, or cell and gene therapy
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience working with healthcare professionals and hospital decision-makers
- Knowledge of current clinical and technical literature related to biotherapeutics
