      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coach, develop, and manage a team of Direct Sales Representatives in the designated region
      - Develop new business and manage existing customers in office coffee, bars, and restaurants
      - Utilize value-based selling to prospect, close new business, and manage the full sales cycle
      - Organize and effectively manage a potential customer funnel of targets
      - Drive sales performance and revenue growth across the region

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Business
      - 5+ years of experience selling in specialty foodservice, Office Coffee Service (OCS), or Spirits
      - 4+ years of experience managing, coaching, and developing successful sales teams
      - Knowledge in value-based selling and sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICC
      - Must be able to travel within the assigned territory as needed
