      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure full compliance with the Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process during job planning, preparation, and execution
      - Partner with Service Delivery Coordinators/Salespersons to understand customer well objectives and operational requirements
      - Conduct job analysis and engineering modeling to identify operational hazards and risks
      - Collaborate with various teams to integrate technical considerations into job planning
      - Provide technical support during job execution and participate in on-call rotations as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, chemical/application engineering, or mathematics
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a field manager or account manager in the chemical industry or upstream production chemicals
      - Proven experience managing and supporting key customer accounts with a customer-focused approach
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying technical concepts clearly
      - Ability to travel up to 25% for customer visits and operational needs
