  **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
  - Act as the local point of contact for business partners and third-party vendors, supporting the IT Field Service team
  - Review technical drawings and manage projects related to new store openings, remodels, and relocations
  - Troubleshoot issues and system problems independently to ensure successful resolution
  - Analyze user and corporate requests to identify areas for operational improvement
  - Provide recommendations to enhance the store's Asset Protection Technology deployment and utilization
  
  **What is Required (Qualifications):**
  - High School diploma required
  - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field preferred
  - 2-5 years of work experience in a related retail environment
  - Project management experience
  - Retail technology experience
  
  **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
  - Experience with Asset Protection Technology in a retail setting
  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
