What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide legal representation and advice in complex cases in State and Federal court
- Prepare legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, and memoranda
- Conduct investigations, interviews, and legal research; analyze cases for trial
- Respond to inquiries from law enforcement and the general public
- Attend meetings and training sessions as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Admission to and good standing with the Arizona State Bar
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License and consent for periodic driving record checks
- Ability to manage a significant volume of high-exposure cases
- Strong skills in persuasive oral and written communication
- Experience in legal practice, particularly in complex litigation

- Submission of a writing sample demonstrating substantive legal analysis
- Experience coordinating with law enforcement or governmental agencies
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
