What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement systems to enhance team efficiency and productivity in alignment with the AP Digital Roadmap strategy
- Serve as a liaison across internal departments and external partners, ensuring clear communication and tracking of deliverables
- Support the VP of AP Production & Delivery in scheduling and coordinating key exam delivery initiatives
- Plan and coordinate meetings and documentation efforts to inform decision-making and clarify new process development
- Organize planning sessions and events that foster collaboration and support professional growth within the team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in product, program, or project management, ideally in education
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting professional correspondence and presentations
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and manage shifting priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
