      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive the execution of strategic underwriting initiatives for General Liability and Umbrella lines of business
      - Conduct data-driven analyses to identify underwriting opportunities and support underwriters in achieving growth targets
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine underwriting guidelines and enhance system functionality
      - Develop and deliver training programs to strengthen team knowledge and application of underwriting standards
      - Manage multiple complex projects while adapting to evolving priorities and achieving strategic objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related quantitative field
      - Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, typically 8 years or more
      - Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis software
      - Strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
      - Experience managing projects is preferred

      - Master's degree in a relevant field is beneficial
      - Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
      - Experience with underwriting programs and initiatives
