  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Oversee operational processes, including product receiving, stockroom management, and omni-channel fulfillment
  - Ensure accurate execution of merchandising standards and store presentation
  - Lead customer service efforts at point of sale to enhance transaction speed and customer satisfaction
  - Manage training and development for new associates, focusing on best practices and company standards
  - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive store results
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Must be 18 years of age or older
  - Experience supervising teams or associates, including coaching and performance management
  - Strong verbal and written communication skills
  - Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  - Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a managerial position
  - College degree or equivalent combination of education and 2 years of experience in retail or a similar industry
