What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Produce sales gains by providing exceptional customer service
- Meet or exceed company objectives in individual sales statistics
- Supervise and train store associates on operations and procedures
- Maintain adherence to merchandising guidelines and store cleanliness
- Manage store inventory and documentation in compliance with policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of relevant experience
- Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss
- Strong interpersonal skills with clear verbal communication abilities
- Ability to operate a computer and relevant software programs
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work standing for the majority of the time

- Experience in retail management or supervisory roles
- Familiarity with inventory management processes
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team
- Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment
