      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support and guidance for the Somnoware application to clinicians and internal teams
      - Install and ensure operational quality of the Somnoware platform at customer sites
      - Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and solutions provided
      - Identify and implement process improvements for common support issues
      - Create user guides and internal documentation for customers and teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in support, customer success, or training
      - Proficient in complex troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis
      - Experience supporting an enterprise application with customer-facing experience
      - Knowledge and experience with healthcare information systems
      - Ability to work remotely with limited supervision

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate or Bachelor's degree in CIS, MIS, IT, or a similar technical major
      - Previous experience providing support to government agencies
      - Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, and JIRA
      - Passion for helping people and improving patient care
      - Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
