What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Sr. Art Directors and the Creative Director on seasonal editorial campaigns for A&F brands
- Assist in pre-production planning for photoshoots, including organizing mood boards and coordinating with production teams
- Support post-production efforts by finalizing photography edits and organizing imagery
- Ensure collaboration across the creative team to deliver cohesive brand stories and visuals
- Maintain databases for casting, images, and locations for current and future projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Photography, Advertising, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of art direction experience in fashion retail or a related industry
- On-set photoshoot experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, Keynote, Figma, and Mural
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a detail-oriented and organized approach
