What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor, install, configure, and maintain technology solutions
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and perform remediation activities
- Collaborate with IT and business area partners on initiatives
- Research, design, implement, and test technology solutions
- Manage problem or escalated tickets and tasks from systems/software owners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience in a cloud environment
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Proficient in Terraform for managing infrastructure
- High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions
- Must possess a High School Diploma or GED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Understanding of Kubernetes is a plus
- Experience using Agile methodology
