What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the development and revision of compliance policies, procedures, and training materials
- Conduct research on federal and state healthcare regulations to ensure company compliance
- Support internal investigations into potential compliance violations
- Participate in compliance risk assessments and audits, identifying areas of potential exposure
- Help prepare and deliver compliance training sessions to employees at various levels
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in healthcare compliance, legal, or regulatory affairs
- Strong understanding of federal and state healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, Stark Law)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in healthcare compliance (e.g., CHC) is a plus
