      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service by managing calls from beginning to resolution without relying on scripts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent experience; post-secondary education is preferred
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
      - Experience navigating complex customer interactions from support through to resolution
      - Ability to welcome change and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment
      - Must have a private, secure, distraction-free work area with reliable high-speed internet

      - Previous experience in customer service or a related field
      - Familiarity with financial products and services
      - Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customer interactions effectively
      - Proficiency in using multiple systems and navigating technology efficiently
