As an Associate Data Scientist, you will work closely with Clinical Data Scientists to facilitate and manage clinical data collection for algorithm development, FDA submissions, and research purposes. This role involves data management, analysis, and reporting to support clinical studies and scientific communications.

      What You’ll Be Doing

      • Collect, clean, and manage clinical data for algorithm development and research

      • Perform data manipulation, cleansing, and analytics on large datasets

      • Apply statistical techniques such as regression, cluster analysis, and Bayesian methods

      • Develop predictive models and optimize classifiers using machine learning algorithms

      • Enhance data collection procedures to improve analytic systems

      • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and present findings in a clear, actionable format

      • Support operational data interpretation for strategy and planning

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver evidence-based insights

      • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data integrity

      What We Look For

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline

      • 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, market research, or data mining

      • Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL; strong scripting and programming skills

      • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, D3.js, GGplot)

      • Familiarity with machine learning techniques (k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests)

      • Applied statistics skills, including distributions, testing, and regression

      • Ability to troubleshoot, design, and implement solutions to business challenges

      • Strong analytical and communication skills to present complex scientific data effectively

      • Based in or able to work from Bangalore, India (hybrid)
