What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee finalization, certification, and downstream delivery of AP Exams
- Develop and manage schedules to ensure timely hand-offs and accuracy
- Facilitate final content validation processes for digital AP Exams
- Ensure accurate setup of templates and data pathways for AP courses
- Collaborate with the Operations team to maintain certification processes and documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in building validation and reconciliation tools
- Strong organizational skills and operational discipline
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills across multiple platforms
- Authorization to work in the United States
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience developing and working with technology platforms
- Familiarity with digital assessment delivery and awareness of accessibility considerations
- Experience using automation tools or scripts
- Coding knowledge
- Experience with Smartsheet and Microsoft Office programs
