      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and advance high-impact foundation partnerships
      - Design and execute outreach, solicitation, and stewardship strategies for U.S.-based foundations
      - Identify and cultivate new foundation prospects, managing a strong pipeline aligned with strategic priorities
      - Establish stewardship plans for foundation partners, including performance indicators and reporting schedules
      - Monitor philanthropic trends to inform prospecting strategies and strengthen IRC's competitive positioning

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of progressive frontline fundraising experience, particularly with U.S.-based foundations
      - Proven track record of closing 6-7-figure grants from private institutional donors
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting proposals and pitches
      - Demonstrated ability to manage a foundation prospect pipeline and balance new business development with stewardship
      - Experience managing and mentoring staff, including performance evaluations and professional development

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and leading complex relationships
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data
      - Commitment to international development, human rights, and social justice
      - Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
