What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure the contact center is equipped with the necessary resources, training, and guidance for assigned products
- Partner with therapeutic areas to deliver high-quality, scientifically accurate medical responses
- Coordinate global operational activities and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Lead the development of advanced analytics dashboards and reporting templates
- Maintain inspection-ready operational records for internal audits and global health authority inspections
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in relevant scientific or healthcare fields; PharmD preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of Medical Information Call Center experience with potential to lead and manage the contact center
- Strong administrative, organizational, and project management skills
- Deep understanding of global and US regulatory aspects of medical information, adverse events, and product complaints
- Ability to adapt to supporting multiple therapeutic areas
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in implementing new medical information platforms and technologies
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
