      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and shape the strategic opportunity pipeline by defining external growth strategies and establishing investment theses
      - Independently identify, source, and evaluate M&A and partnership opportunities across global markets
      - Manage transactions of varying scale and complexity, including valuation, deal structuring, and negotiation
      - Partner with integration leaders to design integration strategies and ensure operational and financial value realization
      - Develop high-quality materials for executive leadership, communicating complex issues with clarity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 15 years of related experience in M&A transactions, including 7+ years of management experience
      - Proven experience in deal analysis and cross-functional workstreams at an investment bank, private equity/venture firm, or corporate development team
      - Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to make actionable recommendations based on insights
      - Deep knowledge of the biotechnology, genomics, or diagnostics sectors
      - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Global transaction experience
      - Familiarity with emerging technologies and competitive dynamics in the biotechnology sector
