      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and manage a pipeline of prospective business partners aligned with the Teamship program
      - Deliver high-quality matches between business partners and Teamship programs for student experiences
      - Onboard, schedule, and support partners to ensure smooth program delivery
      - Surface insights from partner engagement to improve outreach and overall strategy
      - Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and impact within the program

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or partnership management
      - Strong organizational and project management skills, including communication and proactive coordination
      - Authorization to work in the United States for any employer
      - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
      - A passion for expanding educational and career opportunities and mission-driven work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in education or nonprofit sectors
      - Familiarity with work-based learning or internship programs
      - Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders
      - Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies and AI-driven solutions
