      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide thorough, timely, and professional verbal and written communications to members
      - Build and manage relationships with members, including coordinating communications and touchpoints
      - Assist with the onboarding process, including scheduling and registration management
      - Maintain the membership database, including updates and tracking of member activities
      - Support multiple committees and collaborate with various departments on membership benefits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required
      - Experience or background in a professional association strongly preferred
      - Strong customer service and customer experience skills
      - Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Experience with database applications and reporting tools required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and communication tools such as Zoom
      - Ability to work effectively in a small team to accomplish projects and goals
      - Experience in brainstorming and planning sessions for new programs
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
