What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to manage schedules, track tasks, and maintain project transparency
- Follow established development processes to ensure project progression
- Monitor change requests and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate with partner teams including Audio, Localization, QA, and Marketing
- Identify risks and dependencies, escalating concerns and sharing status updates as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 1-3 years of experience in game development, production, project coordination, or a related role
- Knowledge of software development pipelines and workflows
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration
- Experience using Agile game development methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One or more years of experience with game production in AAA game development
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for games, with familiarity with Guild Wars 2 being a plus
