What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in scheduling and managing the project delivery process for all assigned projects
- Support the project team in establishing scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining objectives throughout each phase
- Provide internal and external project communications to keep all team members informed of project status
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved documents, regulations, and standards
- Coordinate with construction teams, consultants, and facility operations for project success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture, or 4-6 years of equivalent experience
- Experience in project design and construction-related meetings and presentations
- Basic knowledge of project delivery methods such as design-build and design-bid-build
- Familiarity with construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite, MS Project, Excel, Blue Beam, and Adobe Pro or similar software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge in health facility preconstruction services
- Skills in effective problem-solving, risk analysis, and contingency planning
- Experience with Lean Process Improvement and Change Management
- Understanding of Evidence-Based Design and Sustainability principles
