The Associate Recruitment Consultant at Wilson acts as a trusted advisor and candidate advocate combining leading-edge recruitment strategies and market intelligence to deliver the best talent to meet the critical staffing needs of our clients. Handling aspects of the recruiting process including sourcing, identifying and submitting screened, top talent for a range of positions and a range of professional experiences. Successful associates demonstrate a strong, independent work ethic, proven methodology for attracting top talent including conducting research and strategically sourcing, the ability to develop and cultivate strong working relationships and a passion for providing excellent client satisfaction while ensuring weekly and monthly submit goals are met. While this is not a sales role, the Associate Recruitment Consultant will exhibit sales competencies as this role requires influencing others and success in a quota driven environment.
YOU WILL:
- Develop and execute an effective and innovative sourcing strategy to identify exceptional talent
- Conduct complex internet searches using a wide range of search engines, social media, direct / cold calls, networks, directories and recruitment tools and databases
- Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates against client position requirements and organization culture fit
- Present strong talent for open positions, overcoming objections in the process
- Update and maintain administrative responsibilities such as applicant tracking system data entry and reports
- Maintain strong relationships and satisfaction with candidates and supported partners
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to successfully perform aspects of recruiting including high-reaching market research, cold calling, internet searches and strategic sourcing methods.
- Successfully achieve results in a fast-paced, metrics and deadline driven environment
- Meet and exceed performance expectations and goals, as well as implement feedback to achieve desired outcome
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially able to communicate complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand
- Ability to prioritize time and work effectively, keeping recruiting pipeline in consideration at all times. Additionally, able to expertly communicate pipeline to others
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to execute recruitment strategies, including clear articulation of RPO and client relationship
- Adopts change and demonstrates flexibility when direction or priorities shift
- Actively participates on recruiting team and looks for ways to make valuable contributions in addition to cultivating an environment of open collaboration
- Demonstrated computer proficiency, including intermediate G Suite skills and strong social media presence
ARC (45k to 60k)
The Salary for this position is anticipated to range between 45k to 60k annually. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, skills, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include, but are not limited to, a candidate's skills, experience and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and any client specific specifications. Most candidates will start at the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience and skills and who live in geographic markets commanding a higher starting pay. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
