      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain maintenance training records and compliance with regulatory requirements
      - Deliver various training programs, including New Hire and Aircraft Model Specific training
      - Assist maintenance employees with training questions and needs
      - Coordinate factory, recurrent, and continuing education training
      - Travel across the U.S. as required (up to 50% of the time)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, including 2 years under CFR part 135 Air EMS environment
      - 2 years of recent experience with RAMCO
      - 2 years of recent experience maintaining the Pilatus PC-12 Airplane or equivalent instructional experience
      - High school diploma or GED equivalent
      - Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a supervisory, project manager, or inspector capacity
      - Factory trained or equivalent on the Pilatus PC-12 Airplane
      - Prior maintenance training experience in the fixed-wing industry or Methods of Instruction training (MOI)
