What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to a wide range of telephone inquiries from customers, ensuring effective and courteous communication
- Protect the integrity and security of customer account information
- Build positive customer perceptions of the employer and maintain accurate customer records
- Understand and service customer needs while promoting relevant products and services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluency in both French and English
- Minimum one year of customer service experience in retail, fast food, hotel, or hospitality industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with browser-based functions
