Licensed and in good standing with the Kentucky State Bar

Minimum of 2 years of bankruptcy law experience preferred

Prepare, review, and approve bankruptcy-related pleadings.

Manage all aspects of bankruptcy cases, including Proofs of Claim, Motions for Relief, Objections, Responses to Objections, Payment Change Notices, Settlements, and Adversary Proceedings.

Participate in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, and in-person court proceedings as required.

Conduct regular client meetings and provide case status updates.

Maintain accurate and organized case documentation.

Collaborate with legal and support teams to ensure efficient case management.

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Remote work with travel required only for court appearances.

ARC Group is recruiting a Bankruptcy Attorney for our client in Covington. This is a remote role with in-person court appearances as required.Position Overview:
The Bankruptcy Attorney will manage all aspects of bankruptcy matters for the firm’s clients while providing high-quality legal representation and maintaining strong client relationships.
