      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze therapist supply and patient demand across various geographic markets
      - Conduct gap analyses to identify underserved regions and high-growth opportunities
      - Lead full-cycle recruitment for licensed therapists and behavioral health clinicians
      - Collaborate with leadership to align recruitment plans with organizational growth goals
      - Improve recruitment workflows and support provider communications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated experience in provider recruitment, healthcare staffing, or network development
      - Knowledge of behavioral health provider roles
      - Strong negotiation and analytical skills
      - Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and Excel
      - Experience with multi-channel recruiting strategies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in EAP or behavioral health networks
      - Background in contracting or credentialing
      - Familiarity with geospatial analysis or network dashboards
