What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer and coordinate benefit enrollment, qualifying events, and terminations for health insurance and retirement plans
- Serve as the first responder for employee inquiries regarding COBRA, FSA, HSA, and other benefit plans
- Process benefit changes within the HRIS and ensure data integrity
- Assist in the design and development of communication materials for benefits
- Engage with vendors to resolve system issues and support employee wellness initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience in human resources, specifically in benefits administration and HRIS systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce or similar HRIS systems
- Familiarity with COBRA, FSA, HRA, and HSA administration
- Background in benefits communications and employee training
