What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to member/customer requests for emergency road service within a call center setting
- Gather information regarding service needs and provide basic information about Emergency Road Service benefits
- Communicate with contractors to relay member details and obtain estimated times of arrival
- Document all relevant details in the D2000 database and close out calls in the system
- Promote membership sales opportunities and analyze member accounts for additional products and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a professional setting
- Ability to accurately input information using a PC and navigate various software applications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective listening abilities
- Must qualify and maintain all applicable state licenses for selling and/or servicing products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College-level coursework in Business, Marketing, Geography, or related fields
- Experience in a call center environment and remote work
- Familiarity with promoting products and services and identifying customer needs for cross-selling opportunities
