      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to inbound calls from various healthcare providers
      - Address inquiries regarding eligibility for healthcare benefits and claims
      - Identify and assess callers' needs to provide appropriate resolutions
      - Offer accurate and comprehensive information in a prompt and professional manner
      - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - Problem-solving skills and flexibility in working hours
      - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong keyboarding skills
      - Bilingual in English and French
