What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls from customers to assist with storage reservations
- Provide exceptional customer service tailored to individual customer needs
- Collaborate with a close-knit team to enhance overall performance
- Maximize monthly commissions through effective sales techniques
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while engaging with customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in Sales or Customer Service roles
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work some weekends and pass background and drug screening
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Proven track record in sales performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with the self-storage industry
