      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming community calls and provide program eligibility information to clients
      - Perform intake functions including conducting interviews and gathering pertinent information
      - Inform the community about IAH services through presentations and meetings
      - Represent IAH at local events focused on older adults
      - Establish and cultivate relationships with community organizations to build partnerships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
      - 0-3 years of related experience
      - Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
      - Ability to perform work under direct supervision
      - Possess a working knowledge of relevant subject matter

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in community outreach or health-related programs
      - Familiarity with the needs and services for older adults
      - Skills in public speaking and presentation delivery
      - Knowledge of community resources available for older adults
