What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support to French-speaking local channel partners and their advertising partners through various communication channels
- Maintain accurate profiles and communication records while proactively reporting on support actions taken
- Coach customers in creating and submitting brand-enhancing content and program-abiding documentation
- Review marketing materials for compliance with established guidelines and standards
- Troubleshoot website functionality issues and collaborate with IT for resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, journalism, marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in French/Canadian French, both written and spoken
- Minimum of 1 year of agency or related experience
- Proven technical skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and social publishing platforms
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management abilities
