What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare accurate medical claims based on contracted agreements for various payers
- Review claims for pricing discrepancies and create secondary electronic claims
- Monitor billing requirements for compliance with contracts and government programs
- Provide exceptional customer service and educate branch staff on billing questions
- Ensure timely submission of clean claims and follow up on unbilled delivery tickets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of home infusion billing experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology
- Excellent phone and email communication skills
- Working knowledge of ICD10, CPT, NCCI coding regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in providing customer service to both internal and external customers
- Strong computer literacy and dependability
