What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and execute primary and secondary consumer research to assess brand perceptions and customer needs
- Lead qualitative research efforts, synthesizing findings into actionable insights for brand strategy
- Develop and manage quantitative surveys, analyze data, and translate metrics into marketing recommendations
- Monitor and report on brand health metrics, integrating third-party insights into marketing strategies
- Create compelling presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of marketing research experience with end-to-end project ownership
- Proven experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research projects
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills to effectively communicate research findings
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, connecting insights to marketing strategies
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Market Research, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Experience integrating social listening or customer service data into brand insights
- Willingness to travel domestically (~1 week per quarter)
