What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with potential customers through door-to-door interactions to present T-Mobile's latest offers and services
- Achieve sales targets while building relationships with customers in the community
- Conduct post-sales follow-ups to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Facilitate the transition of customers to T-Mobile services
- Deliver engaging presentations about T-Mobile's products and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Less than 2 years of experience in direct sales or retail, particularly in telecommunications or consumer electronics
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective customer engagement
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and ensure a smooth sales process
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing
- Certification as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
- Certification as a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
- Experience in door-to-door sales tactics
- Advanced negotiation skills to secure sales agreements
