What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage vendor relationships and platform performance to ensure operational efficiency
- Coordinate projects including contract renewals and tool enhancements, ensuring timely execution
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to foster effective communication
- Oversee data feed management and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with IT teams
- Manage subscriptions, user access, and invoice processing to maintain compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably in a vendor relationship role
- Proven knowledge of life, annuity, and investment advisory products
- Advanced Excel skills and strong project management capabilities
- Familiarity with DST and DTCC feeds is highly desirable
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities and strong critical thinking skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with vendor management in financial services, particularly with tools like eMoney, Morningstar, or Broadridge
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data effectively
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly in simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Proactive and adaptable approach to learning new challenges
