  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Collaborate with New Homes Project Managers to oversee project fulfillment from job release to final inspection
  - Act as a liaison to streamline communication between project teams, builders, and installation partners
  - Monitor project flow across assigned builder communities, identifying and resolving execution issues
  - Manage individual projects in CRM and builder software platforms, ensuring accurate data entry
  - Facilitate interdepartmental communication to ensure smooth project execution
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  - Minimum of 3 years of project management or coordination experience in a fast-paced environment
  - Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with builders and stakeholders
  - Proficiency in CRM platforms, builder software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex information clearly
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in solar and/or production building highly desirable
  - Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on builder and homebuyer satisfaction
  - Proven experience using critical thinking to solve complex problems and build processes
  - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  - High attention to detail and a strong work ethic to drive operational success
